Job summary

Kelvin Go Architectural Services invites applications for a Civil Engineer (Licensed) to join our project teams in the Philippines. You will design civil and structural systems and produce detailed drawings for construction.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering with a Professional License and at least 3 years of structural design experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp, plus strong communication, is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with Professional License (Board Passer).
• At least 3 years work experience in structural design is preferred.

Responsibilities

Civil Engineer (Licensed)

Responsibilities:

• Creating civil and structural designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialized computer-aided design (CAD) applications

• Occasional site inspection for projects that require as-built or structural checking

• Working closely with a team of other professionals such as project managers, building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologists

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams, and work with contractors

• Specifying the requirements for each project

• Ensure project timeline is met

Requirements:

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with Professional License (Board Passer).

• At least 3 years work experience in structural design is preferred.

Qualifications:

• Excellent technical drawing skills.

• Strong communication and project management skills.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup and the likes

• Good interpersonal and presentation skills.

• Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.

• Strong creative and visualization skills.
