Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Technology (BSCET) required.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, STAAD, or SketchUp.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Willing to perform fieldwork and learn.
Responsibilities
- Analyze architectural plans and actual site measurements.
- Prepare material cost estimates for roofing and insulation.
- Create cutting lists and production documentation.
- Review job orders prior to production.
- Provide shop drawings and technical details.
- Perform other related duties as required.
