Job summary

Unisys is hiring in the Philippines for a role handling public inquiries on civil registry documents, data entry, and frontline support. The position requires strong typing speed, basic computer skills, and the ability to follow SOPs.

You may be asked to compile weekly reports and work collaboratively with teams across operations. Open to relocating anywhere in the Philippines, with 1–3 years of customer service and data entry experience considered an advantage.

• Assist and respond to public inquiries regarding civil registry documents.
• Handle data entry and transcription for database updates.
• Prepare weekly task reports as needed.

Job description

What success looks like in this role:

• Assist and handle public inquiries on civil registry documents such as birth certificates, marriage contracts and other important documents.
• Performs administrative tasks for frontline or backend operations which may include responding to customer inquiries and data encoding.
• Operate a data entry terminal or computer to transcribe and/or verify a wide variety of source data, material documents, records and information for entry into a database.
• May be tasked to provide weekly reports pertinent to tasks assigned.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• Open to relocate to anywhere in the Philippines.
• At least 1 to 3 years’ experience in customer service and data entry an advantage.
• Typing speed and accuracy.
• Basic computer operation skills.
• Team player and good interpersonal skills.
• Able to follow instructions and standard operating procedures.
