Job summary

Next Century Building Systems Incorporated is seeking a Civil/Site Engineer for on-site work in Taguig. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required, with PRC license preferred. 1–3 years of site engineering experience is expected.

The role involves coordinating daily construction activities, reviewing plans, cost estimates, and liaising with clients and subcontractors to ensure progress and quality per project requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; PRC license preferred.
• Preferably 2-3 years of experience in construction or site engineering.
• Knowledgeable in BOQ, estimating, scheduling, QA/QC, site supervision, and project documentation.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid Driver's License is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily construction and installation activities.
• Review plans and assist in quantity take-offs, BOQ, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, installers, and other project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, schedule, quality, safety, and site requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and report delays, rework, variations, and project concerns.
• Prepare progress reports, site documentation, and accomplishment reports.
• Assist in project turnover, close-out, and other technical support as needed.
