EBI PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer / Project Manager to lead and coordinate construction projects from planning through site execution and completion.

The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and confident in managing both technical and administrative aspects of projects. The role requires a registered Civil Engineer with at least 5 years of project management experience in construction, knowledge in estimates and quantity take-offs, and proficiency in project

Qualifications

• Must have registration as Civil Engineer.
• At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably in construction.
• Knowledgeable in estimates and quantity take-offs.
• Experienced in project paperwork and documentation.
• Knowledgeable in bidding and procurement processes.
• Willing to perform field work and travel to project sites.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from planning, estimating, and bidding through completion.
• Prepare and review cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and project documents.
• Handle project paperwork, reports, contracts, and other documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Conduct site inspections and field work to monitor progress, quality, and compliance.
• Supervise project timelines, manpower, materials, and overall site activities.
• Identify and resolve project issues and ensure timely project completion.
• Attend meetings and provide regular project updates to management and clients.
