• Take full responsibility for the preparation of monthly production reports.

Acciona is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Pampanga. The role involves managing cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and project progress tracking for civil and infrastructure works.

Job Description

• Prepare detailed and accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ), including comprehensive quantity take-offs based on project drawings.
• Manage and oversee the estimating process for civil works and other related construction activities, ensuring consistency and completeness.
• Review and analyze all available drawings and project documents to ensure that cost estimates are precise, reliable, and aligned with design requirements.
• Take full responsibility for the preparation of monthly production reports and progress quantities, ensuring all measurements and calculations are accurate and properly documented.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Proven experience in large-scale infrastructure projects (e.g., drainage systems, tunnels, bridges, and buildings).
• Hands-on experience in the preparation of IPA/IPC
