In this remote, flexible role, you will design and evaluate civil engineering scenarios that test the AI's ability to interpret and apply complex infrastructure and structural design principles, ensuring that our models can navigate real-world planning, analysis, and construction challenges with precision and technical accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline from an accredited program.
• Proven experience in civil engineering practice, design, or project management with a robust understanding of civil engineering principles and methodologies.
• Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality civil engineering questions and case studies that challenge AI models on topics such as structural analysis, foundation design, transportation planning, hydraulics, soil mechanics, construction management, building codes, environmental engineering, and more.
• Evaluate and validate model responses, offering detailed feedback to ensure technical accuracy and adherence to civil engineering standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with a team of engineering and technical experts to fine-tune question difficulty and ensure content is both challenging and educational.
