• Monitors performance of welders and proper storage of welding tools and equipment.

FUNCTIONAL

• Knowledge – In-depth understanding of quality assurance and control principles, industry standards (e.g., ISO, GMP, or API), and regulatory requirements. Able to interpret and apply technical specifications, customer requirements, and compliance guidelines to ensure consistent product and process quality.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Verifies the incoming materials have met the requirements for welding works, such as quality and dimensional tolerance levels, witnessing qualifying tests for welders as required.
• Requires to act as an internal independent party to conduct inspection of such nature.
• Conducts inspection and tests on fixtures, structures and other installation works.
• Prepares and compiles quality, inspection and non-conforming reports throughout projects and follow ups on necessary corrective actions.
• Monitors the performance of welders, while implementing and monitoring proper storage and usage procedures for welding tools and equipment.
• Performs other tasks that may be delegated.
