Qualifications

Must be a licensed Civil Engineer (CE). Applications normally acquired through the attainment of 5 year Civil Engineering Course and actual experience in a construction environment.

Must have knowledge on cost estimation and bill of materials preparation.

Must have knowledge in load computation and material stress factor to determine design specification.

Must have experience in soil and material testing to determine the adequacy and strength of foundations, concrete, or steel.

Must be knowledgeable in Auto cad, Sketch-up, STAAD Pro and other related construction software.

Must have knowledge in planning, designing and developing, and managing of projects for the construction, repair of buildings, and on site fabrication.
