Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 1–5 years of experience in civil works design (drain, sewer, water).
• Experience coordinating with internal/external stakeholders and PMs.
• Proficiency with CAD tools; knowledge of Revit and/or MicroStation is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; ability to work independently or in a team.

• Lead or assist on design for Civil Engineering projects from planning to drawings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strict confidentiality of company and client information
• Participate and support the Company’s SHEQ requirements within their scope of duties.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Responsible for the complete design requirements for the Civil Engineering of projects.
• Coordinates efforts between disciplines and works closely with the Project Manager/s
• Accountable for projects assigned including planning, analysis, design, and production of the engineering drawings.
• May function as a Project Manager / Task Leader on specific projects as assigned.
• Develop quality design documentation under the direction/review of a senior/principal civil engineer or designer.
• Provides mentoring and guidance to other civil engineers in the team.
• Keep abreast of new developments and methods relevant to area of expertise.
• Adheres to prescribed Design Standards and Design Quality Procedures.
• Conscientiously works towards the group’s quality objectives and adheres to the company’s quality policy.
• May evaluate staff performance in line with HR procedures.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by Engineering Manager in line with experience, qualification or discipline.
• Signing and sealing of drawings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year up to 5 years of experience

• Underground Utilities Coordination & management
• Able to use and operate CAD, Revit, MicroStation will be an added advantage
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Relevant experience in a commercial environment and/or consulting
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Results-oriented, with the ability to manage priorities and workload effectively
