Job description

We are seeking an experienced Civil Drafter to join our team. You will be delivering high-quality building site development documentation across a diverse portfolio of major property projects.

Job Requirements

• Experience Level: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Civil Drafter.
• ANZ Standard/Experience (Mandatory): Proven track record working within the Australia/New Zealand market, with strict adherence to Australian Standards (AS) and local council development guidelines.
• Building Site Development Experience: Demonstrated civil drafting background on building sites, specifically focusing on:
• Site Roads & Access: Internal access roads, hardstands, kerbs, and pavement design.
• Carparks: Surface and basement carpark layouts, ramp grading, and vehicle swept path analysis.
• Stormwater Drainage: On-site detention (OSD), site drainage networks, pit and pipe schedules, and overland flow paths.
• Technical Skillset: Strong proficiency in standard industry drafting and civil modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or 12d Model).
• Communication: Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with architects, structural engineers, and multidisciplinary project teams.
