Job summary

ELAXIS is seeking a Civil Designer to join our engineering team. You will build road corridor models and full drawing sets using Bentley OpenRoads Designer, turning engineers' designs into precise drawings while maintaining project documentation.

You will work directly with the Australian team, bringing a hands-on, end-to-end approach and clear English communication to client discussions. MicroStation and related tools enhance your capability on road projects.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Bentley OpenRoads Designer (required).
• A civil engineering degree, or equivalent road design experience.
• MicroStation proficiency.
• Experience on road and highway projects.
• Clear written and spoken English, and the confidence to talk with the client team directly.

About the Role

We're hiring a Civil Designer to join the engineering team of an established Australian civil engineering consultancy. You'll work on highway and road projects, building the models and drawings behind real infrastructure in Western Australia and beyond.

What you’ll do

• Build road corridor models and produce full drawing sets in Bentley OpenRoads Designer

• Turn engineers' designs and Bluebeam markups into accurate, well-presented drawings

• Maintain drawing standards, sheets and project documentation

• Work directly with the Australian engineering team. You'll be part of the team, not someone they only send tickets to.

What you bring
