Job summary

PAMOCOR Group of Companies seeks a Project Engineer in the Philippines to support planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. You will coordinate technical activities, manage resources, and ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards and safety regulations.

Join the team to work closely with the Project Manager, Site Engineers, Foremen and stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project management, and engineering standards.
• Proficiency with MS Office and AutoCAD or similar software.
• Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Ensure materials, manpower, and equipment are properly allocated.
• Review and interpret project drawings, designs, and specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve site engineering issues.
• Prepare method statements and construction procedures.
• Monitor compliance with engineering standards and regulatory requirements.
• Implement and enforce QA/QC procedures.
• Conduct inspections to ensure works meet approved standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental protocols.
