Qualifications

• Proven experience with civil engineering design and modeling software.
• Knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and materials.
• Proficient in estimating, quantity take-off techniques, and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and modify detailed 2D and 3D civil models using CAD tools.
• Perform surface and linework modeling and takeoffs for estimation.
• Assist in project estimates, material take-offs, and cost analysis.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and architects on design integrity.
• Analyze projects to identify materials and subcontractors; organize quotes.
