Job summary

Capgemini Philippines Corp. is seeking a Sr. Solution Architect to lead end-to-end Citrix solution design and delivery. You will partner with clients and internal teams to define requirements, architect scalable deployments, and guide migrations from legacy systems.

The role emphasizes strong technical leadership, collaboration across matrixed teams, and a focus on high availability, DR, and hybrid cloud implementations using Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree in Information Technology with 10+ years of progressive experience in IT.
• 5+ years of hands-on Citrix architecture and engineering experience.
• Citrix and Virtualization certifications.
• Design, architect, and implement Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments.
• Develop scalable Citrix solutions for on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
• Configure and optimize Citrix components: Citrix Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, Citrix Gateway (NetScaler), Citrix Director, Citrix Workspace.
• Design and implement high-availability and disaster recovery solutions for Citrix infrastructure.
• Lead migration projects from legacy Citrix environments to current platforms.
• Experience with Windows Server administration and Active Directory.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and hybrid cloud architectures.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, SSL, VPN, load balancing, and firewalls.
• Maintains strong knowledge of emerging technologies and trends.
• Develop scripts, utilities, and applications to aid in automation and steady state operations.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Strong customer skills, technical analysis and engineering skills.
• Ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization, be an effective team member and provide coordination across matrixed virtual teams and organizations.

Job Description - Grade Specific

SolutionorDelivery Architect Director Responsible for the solution. Own, shape and drive the solution delivery and the partnership between Capgemini and the client. Understand the challenges, complexities and opportunities inherent in a business environment. Align the design of the solution according to the principles of enterprise architecture and control its successful implementation. Identify and assess technical evolution scenarios of a client organization and define its governance processes and program management. Are acknowledged internally and externally as a thought leader, are seen as a role model in the community, and can operate effectively at the highest levels within national and multi national organisations. Certification: preferably Capgemini Architects certification level 3 or above, relevant solution certifications, IAF andoror industry certifications such as TOGAF 9 or equivalent.
