Job summary

RemoteVA PH is seeking a talented Wedding Video Editor to transform raw wedding footage into polished, engaging videos for clients. You will craft storytelling with pacing, color, and audio to deliver a cohesive final product.

The role is remote, part-time (20 hours per week, EST schedule), and requires a strong eye for detail, a wedding/event portfolio, and proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

Qualifications

• Proven experience editing wedding or event videos.
• Strong storytelling, pacing, and cinematic editing.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
• Experience organizing large amounts of raw footage.
• Wedding/event portfolio is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Edit and organize raw wedding video footage into polished final videos.
• Combine footage from multiple cameras and sources into a cohesive story.
• Create a professional and emotionally engaging presentation for clients.
• Select the best shots and moments while maintaining a natural flow.
• Sync and edit video with music and audio.
• Perform color correction, basic color grading, transitions, and audio enhancement.
• Review finished videos to ensure high quality and consistency.
• Make revisions based on client feedback when needed.
• Organize project files and maintain an efficient editing workflow.
