Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wash, chop, slice, and marinate meats, vegetables, and seafood per traditional Chinese recipes and portion standards.
• Operate wok stations, deep fryers, steamers, and cooking equipment safely during service.
• Ensure correct taste, temperature, and presentation for all Chinese dishes before service.
• Monitor station inventory, prep sauces and bases, and minimize wastage through efficient handling.
• Clean and sanitize workstations, woks, utensils, and equipment while following HACCP and local rules.
