Job Description

A Childcare Teacher is responsible for nurturing and educating children in a daycare, preschool, or early learning environment. The primary role involves creating a safe, engaging, and supportive atmosphere that promotes the development of young children.

• Develop and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities that promote cognitive, physical, emotional, and social development.
• Organize play-based learning activities, including art, music, movement, and group games.
• Monitor and ensure the safety of children at all times.
• Implement safety protocols and manage children’s behavior to maintain a calm, orderly, and safe environment.
• Observe and record children’s progress in developmental milestones.
• Maintain individual records for each child and provide feedback to parents or guardians.
• Encourage positive social interactions among children, helping them learn to share, cooperate, and communicate.
• Provide emotional support and guidance, helping children manage their feelings and resolve conflicts.
• Trustworthy and with a pleasing personality.
• High School Graduate; ALS, Senior/Junior High or Higher.
• Experience is a plus, but willing to be trained is acceptable.
• Physically fit.
• With valid original barangay and police clearance.
• Good with customer service is an edge.
• Detail-oriented, and good with customers.
