This role involves interacting with clients, guests, and employees, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, visitors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
• Ensure a comfortable waiting area for visitors.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly.
• Take messages when necessary and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage general email inquiries and forward to the appropriate team member.
