Job summary

Coins in the Philippines is seeking a seasoned Head of Trade to lead the company’s trading business, formulating strategy, overseeing spot and derivatives trading, liquidity management, and risk controls. You will drive growth, lead a high-performance team, and ensure compliance with global regulatory standards.

The role requires in-depth market knowledge of digital assets, strong leadership, and the ability to align trading goals with development objectives while maintaining regulatory

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in digital asset trading or financial trading.
• Deep understanding of spot and derivatives markets, liquidity management and trading system ops.
• Strong risk control and regulatory compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Formulate trading strategy and roadmaps; oversee spot/derivatives trading, liquidity management, and risk controls.
• Lead daily trading operations including order matching, settlement, and post-trade reconciliation.
• Develop trading products, monitor market trends, and adjust strategies to drive volume and user growth.
• Build and manage a high-performance trading team; establish processes and standards.
• Ensure compliance with FATF, MiCA and local regulations; coordinate with compliance and regulatory bodies.
