Job summary

Newcore Industries International Inc. seeks a Senior Architect to lead the design department, directing building science, materials choices, and constructability to deliver compliant, high-quality designs.

You will translate concepts into detailed drawings and specifications, enforce QA for all project documents, ensure code and life-safety compliance, and mentor junior staff while coordinating with MEPF engineers and the implementation team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Licensure advantage but not required.
• CAD expertise (AutoCAD, Revit) and BIM.
• Strong understanding of architectural design and construction.
• Excellent communication, planning, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Experience creating construction documents and guiding project phases.

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Manage the design department and guide building science, materials, and constructability.
• Design Execution: Translate concepts into detailed construction drawings and specifications.
• Quality Control: Establish QA protocols for all project documentation.
