S.V. More Group of Companies is looking for an experienced Chief Regulatory and Materials Officer (CRMO) to provide executive leadership across our Regulatory Affairs, Materials Management, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Importation functions.
The CRMO will play a critical role in ensuring regulatory compliance, product availability, supply chain continuity, inventory efficiency, and operational scalability across the Group's pharmaceutical and healthcare distribution operations.
Lead and provide strategic direction for Regulatory Affairs and Supply Chain Management across the Group.
Oversee FDA licensing, product registration, CPR renewals, variations, labeling, packaging, and regulatory compliance.
Develop and oversee procurement, forecasting, supply planning, inventory, and materials management strategies.
Ensure effective inventory management, including inventory turnover, aging, expiry prevention, dead stock reduction, and working capital efficiency.
Oversee warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, storage compliance, productivity, and applicable GDP/GMP requirements.
Lead importation and international supply activities, including import permits, customs coordination, shipment monitoring, and foreign supplier coordination.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with principals, manufacturers, and suppliers to ensure supply continuity.
Oversee new product launch readiness, product lifecycle management, and supply planning.
Ensure packaging, artwork, labeling, and product information remain aligned with regulatory requirements.
Lead cross-functional Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and supply-demand alignment.
Identify and manage regulatory, supply, inventory, and operational risks.
Lead supply chain improvement, digitalization, business continuity, and scalability initiatives.
Provide executive-level analytics, performance reporting, and strategic recommendations to the President and CEO.
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
Licensed Pharmacist (PRC) – required
Minimum 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Minimum 10 years of management experience
Minimum 5 years of senior leadership experience
