Job summary

TASQ invites an experienced Chief Radiologic Technologist to lead the radiology team at Waltermart Caloocan. You will oversee Ultrasound, 2D echo, and X-ray services, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize patient flow in a 100% onsite setting.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree, is a licensed radiologic technologist, and has 2–3 years in a chief role, with strong leadership and communication skills to mentor staff. Shifting schedule applies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the radiologic technologist team, ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
• Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and patient care.
• Coordinate patient scheduling and optimize department workflow to minimize wait times and enhance service delivery.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure accurate imaging services and effective patient diagnosis.
