TASQ is seeking a Chief Radiologic Technologist to lead the radiology department in Novaliches, Quezon City. The role requires overseeing Ultrasound, 2D echo, and X-ray teams and ensuring top-tier imaging services for patients.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, licensure, and 2–3 years of senior leadership experience in radiology, with strong communication and team motivation skills to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and licensed radiologic technologist required.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Chief Radiologic Technologist.
• Experience supervising ultrasound, 2D echo, and X-ray teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the radiologic technologist team, ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
• Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and patient care.
• Coordinate patient scheduling and optimize department workflow to minimize wait times and enhance service delivery.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure accurate imaging services and effective patient diagnosis.
