Job summary

St. Anthony Foundation is seeking a Chief People Officer to build and lead systems, culture, and leadership capability for ~250 staff serving San Francisco’s vulnerable residents.

The CPO will drive workforce planning, talent acquisition and development, compensation, benefits, compliance, and safety while partnering with operations, finance, and IT. The role requires a strategic thinker who can establish scalable HR processes, analytics, and a culture that reflects the Foundation’s Franciscan

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or IO Psychology.
• At least ten years in HR/talent/organizational leadership.
• Experience building HR systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-year people, talent, and workforce strategy.
• Advise CEO, Executive Team, and Board on workforce strategy and design.
• Own leadership development and succession planning.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and compliance programs.
• Build workforce analytics to inform decisions and risk management.
