About Sourcefit

Sourcefit is a global staff augmentation and offshoring company serving more than 200 clients, with operations in the Philippines, the Dominican Republic, South Africa, Madagascar and Armenia. Alongside the core Sourcefit brand, we run specialist brands for customer experience (SourceCX) and healthcare revenue cycle management (SourceCycle), and we are actively building new lines including Cleanshoring (a low-cost EOR offering), SAIGE (AI governance) and Sightline (a mid-market go-to-market program). Our proprietary workforce platform, Knit, and our applied AI programs, including PulseBI and the Transcend Applied AI Academy, are central to how we differentiate.

Marketing at Sourcefit is not a support function. Inbound demand, and organic search in particular, has historically been the single largest source of new business, and the role of this position is to own and grow that engine in a world where search is being reshaped by AI.

The role:

We are looking for a Director of Marketing to lead our global marketing function from the Philippines. This is a hands-on leadership role for a producer, not a pure manager. You will set strategy, but you will also personally write, review, build and ship every week alongside a small team. AI has changed the economics of marketing work: one strong marketer with the right tools can now produce what used to take a department, and we expect the Director to be that marketer as well as the person who leads the others.

You will inherit an active program rather than a blank page: a multi-brand content engine, a LinkedIn article SEO program, an in-house SEO operating model and a working outbound stack. The Director will take full ownership of this work, raise its quality and decide where it goes next. The CEO treats marketing as the company's primary growth lever and will be an engaged sponsor, but the function will be yours to run. You will be trusted with a lot of autonomy, and you will be measured on results, above all on qualified inbound leads.

Job Detail:
  • - Hybrid Set-Up - Bridgetowne, Quezon City
  • - Flexible schedule
What you will own:
Demand generation and pipeline
  • Own the inbound funnel end to end: forms, inbound email, paid search and referral channels, with a clear line of sight from marketing activity to sales qualified leads (SQLs), cost proposals and closed business.
  • Manage lead classification discipline in Salesforce (MQL versus SQL), reconcile the leads tracker against the CRM, and produce weekly pipeline and marketing performance reporting for the CEO and sales team.
  • Partner with sales and business development on the Clay, Instantly and HeyReach outbound program, including list building, messaging and LinkedIn prospecting.
  • Manage the Outsource Accelerator relationship and third-party listing platforms such as G2, Clutch and Comparably, and make clear-eyed calls about which channels deserve budget.
Search, AI visibility and the website
  • Run the in-house SEO operating model across sourcefit.com, sourcecx.com and sourcecycle.com: weekly health checks in SEMrush, GA4 and Google Search Console, technical fixes, on-page optimisation, and country and industry pages for the US, UK, Australia and our delivery locations.
  • Lead our answer-engine optimisation (AEO) work so that Sourcefit is cited by ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews: structured data and JSON-LD, LLMs.txt, AI-citable pillar content, and monitoring of how the brands appear in AI answers.
  • Direct the web development team on landing pages, conversion mechanics, forms, compliance and trust pages, and site performance, and act as the final quality gate before anything goes live.
PR, authority and backlinks
  • Own the backlink and PR acquisition program: HARO and Connectively journalist outreach, unlinked brand mention reclamation, guest posting on HR and business publications, resource page and partner directory placement, and digital PR campaigns.
  • Build media relationships and position the CEO and leadership team as recognised voices on offshoring, AI and the future of work, including support for Forbes Business Council and other contributed content.
Content, brand and social
  • Run the multi-brand content program: blogs, LinkedIn articles, case studies, localised French and Spanish content for Madagascar and the Dominican Republic, and the Source Signal podcast and LinkedIn series.
  • Own brand standards across all decks, web properties and collateral, including the ongoing deck redesign to the Pulse visual standard, and keep claims (certifications, locations, compliance) accurate and verifiable.
  • Oversee B2B, B2C and recruitment social channels, and the Mission Control LinkedIn engagement program for 20 or more leaders across the company.
Paid media
  • Direct Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta campaigns with a paid media specialist: pacing, landing page alignment, geographic and vertical targeting, and a hard focus on SQL cost rather than clicks.
Team leadership
  • Lead, coach and hold accountable a team spanning content and social, web development, design, paid media and regional marketing partners in the Dominican Republic and Madagascar.
  • Recruit well. Raise the bar for every hire and be willing to make hard calls on performance.
  • Lead the marketing department through the company-wide AI productivity KPI reset, defining what AI-era output looks like for each role on the team.
  • Produce a weekly management report in the company format (activity log, goal progress, team output, flags).
Who we are looking for:
Must haves:
  • Near-native written and spoken English. You write clean, natural, persuasive prose for a US, UK and Australian executive audience without a heavy editing pass, and you can tell the difference between good writing and generic AI output.
  • A verifiable track record of growing B2B demand. You can point to specific numbers you moved (inbound leads, organic traffic, pipeline) at a previous company, ideally in B2B services, SaaS, outsourcing or a similarly considered-purchase category selling into Western markets.
  • Taste and judgment. You have a strong eye for design, copy and brand, you notice when something is off before anyone else does, and you have the confidence to reject work that is not good enough, including your own.
  • Deep, practical AI fluency. You use tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or similar every day for research, drafting, analysis and automation. You understand how AI search and answer engines choose what to cite, and you have a view on how a marketing team should be rebuilt around these tools. You should be comfortable being asked to demonstrate this live.
  • Willingness to be a producer. You are not looking for a role where you only direct and approve. You expect to be the highest-output person on the team, using AI to multiply what you can personally ship, and you are comfortable being judged on your own work as well as your team's.
  • Hands-on technical marketing skills. Working command of GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush or Ahrefs, Google Ads, WordPress, Salesforce or a comparable CRM, and enough HTML, schema and analytics to direct developers credibly.
  • Leadership experience. At least eight years in marketing with at least three leading a team, and comfort operating with a great deal of autonomy and direct access to a founder-CEO.
Strongly preferred:
  • Experience marketing to US, UK or Australian buyers, whether from an international company, an agency serving Western clients, or a Western-headquartered firm.
  • Experience with PR and digital PR, journalist outreach, and link acquisition.
  • Exposure to outbound tooling (Clay, Instantly, HeyReach, Apollo) and marketing automation.
  • Familiarity with the outsourcing, BPO, EOR or HR technology space, or a proven ability to get up to speed fast in a technical B2B category.
  • Experience managing distributed teams across time zones and cultures.
Why this role:

You will inherit a real engine, not a blank page: a marketing team already in place, three brands with SEO foundations, an outbound stack that works, and a CEO who understands marketing and will fund and back the work rather than treat it as overhead. You will also have unusual scope for a Philippine-based leader: a global remit, direct reporting to the CEO, ownership of the AI transformation of the function, and the chance to shape how a 200-client company shows up in the market during the biggest shift in search since Google.
