Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks a Chief Microsoft 365 Copilot Developer to set direction for enterprise Copilot deployment and ensure readiness. You will own the Copilot roadmap, validate data and governance foundations, and partner with corporate teams and frontline workers to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will drive adoption, coordinate with architecture, security, and transformation stakeholders, and oversee licensing considerations and ROI-focused metrics across global projects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in M365 architecture at enterprise scale, including tenant admin
• Strong Microsoft 365 Copilot roadmap ownership and governance knowledge
• Deep understanding of Microsoft Graph, Copilot grounding, and data flows
• Experience with information governance (Purview, DLP, retention, permissions)
• Hands-on with Entra ID and Zero Trust security practices
• Experience with Copilot Studio, custom agents and GPT-based declarative agents
• Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Automate, Copilot integration, Power Apps)
• SharePoint/content taxonomy, metadata, lifecycle management
• Viva Suite usage for frontline engagement and adoption tracking
• Familiarity with Copilot licensing models and Microsoft roadmap literacy
• English proficiency at B2 or higher

Responsibilities

• Set and drive the strategic roadmap for Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption across the organization
• Conduct readiness assessments for data and governance foundations supporting Copilot deployment
• Develop organizational capability and lead change management for AI-powered productivity tools
• Align corporate teams and frontline workers for Copilot deployment objectives
• Create measurement frameworks to track adoption and quantify business value
• Coordinate delivery with architecture and transformation stakeholders
• Manage governance, security, and compliance aspects of Copilot deployment
• Advise on licensing decisions and roadmap planning for Copilot
