Job summary

EDGE Tutor International, a fast-growing tutoring outsourcing provider, is seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead all financial operations from planning to regulatory compliance. This role partners with the CEO/COO and the founding leadership to guide growth and profitability.

The successful candidate will shape strategy, oversee forecasting, manage external auditors and banks, and drive capital investments while maintaining robust internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field with MBA preferred.
• CPA or CFA designation required.
• 15+ years of progressive finance experience, incl. 8+ years in senior management.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Experience with investor relations and capital-raising.
• Executive-level leadership experience in high-growth or BPO environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of financial strategy aligned with goals.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Manage investor relations and communications with stakeholders.
• Ensure internal controls, compliance, and relationships with auditors.
• Oversee treasury, tax, and risk management activities.
• Mentor finance team and collaborate cross-functionally.
