Job summary

IG Defence, a fast-growing defence technology company, seeks a Chief Financial Officer to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, treasury operations, and capital strategy in a high-stakes environment. You will partner with the CEO on strategic expansion, fundraising, and M&A initiatives.

The role requires deep corporate finance expertise, investor relations experience, and the ability to build scalable financial systems and controls, overseen compliance and risk management.

Qualifications

• Must have strong corporate finance knowledge and experience in fundraising or strategic finance.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting is required.
• Knowledge of governance, taxation, audits, and risk management is a plus.
