MedGrocer in the Philippines is seeking a Head of Finance to partner with the founders, shape the financial roadmap, and steer capital allocation across the business.

You will transform financial data into strategic insights, oversee internal controls and automated systems, and lead negotiations with banks and investors while ensuring tax compliance and regulatory standards to support the company's growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification is required.
• 6–12 years of finance experience with strategic leadership.
• Ability to manage complex financial ecosystems and drive innovation.
• Onsite work in Makati City.

Responsibilities

• Steer multi-year financial strategy including capital allocation, investment analysis, and fundraising support.
• Transform financial data into predictive insights guiding enterprise decisions and profitability.
• Design and implement internal controls and automated financial systems to support hyper-growth.
• Lead negotiations with financial institutions, investors, and stakeholders for capital structure.
• Govern tax strategy and regulatory compliance at national and local levels.
