Job summary

Addas Development Corporation is seeking a seasoned Senior Civil Engineer to lead Planning & Design and site development efforts for repeatable volume housing projects in Cavite. You will direct planning, design, site engineering, and construction management, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree, PRC license, 8–10 years of construction and development experience, including 5+ years in a managerial role across subdivision housing,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• PRC registered Civil Engineer required.
• 8–10 years in construction and development, including 5+ years in a managerial role overseeing design and construction for subdivision housing.

Responsibilities

• Directs the Planning & Design team and owns site development planning and house-model design - buildable, cost-efficient, code-compliant, and market-appropriate; standardizes models to enable repeatable delivery at volume.
• Directs site engineering and construction management; sets execution plans, sequencing, and resource deployment; drives corrective action on slippage and reports status and risks to management with recommended solutions.
• Enforces quality standards and oversees model / initial-unit validation; accountable for the defect / punch-list rate at turnover.
• Accountable for site safety and compliance with DOLE D.O. 198-18, including the site safety-officer structure.
• Ensures technical compliance with the National Building Code and development standards (PD 957 / BP 220, DHSUD) and supports permit, License to Sell, and inspection requirements.
• Leads contractor pre-qualification, bidding, awarding, and performance evaluation; manages contractor capacity to sustain the annual delivery volume.
• Builds and leads the combined design and construction department; recruits, develops, and evaluates staff via the Performance Management System.
• Issues the technical go / no-go recommendation on prospective land; recommends contractor awards within approved budget and policy.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

Master's degree or Construction / Project Management certification an advantage
