Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• APICS or equivalent certification mandatory.
• PMI or Prince2 certification preferred.
• 5–8 years of supply chain management experience in life sciences, FMCG experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Balance supply chain costs with product availability and inventory.
• Coordinate replenishment planning to the OPU.
• Manage supply planning for locally sourced finished goods.
• Promote CSCM talent development.
• Ensure performance management of direct reports for CSCM.
• Launch/change coordination of CSCM workflows.
• Collect CSC application requirements and coordinate with RA/TA/Controlling to ROPU Head of CSCM.
• Monitor launch plans and logistics milestones.
