Job summary

Norde International Distributors is seeking a Chief Accountant to oversee accounting, financial reporting, compliance, cash flow, budgeting, and internal controls to ensure efficient operations.

The role requires a CPA with at least five years of experience, including three years in a junior managerial capacity, and a strong track record in leading finance teams in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant).
• At least five (5) years of experience, 3 years of which should at least be in a junior managerial level to assure organizational maturity and integrated view of the company.

Responsibilities

• Managing efficient accounting operations including accounts receivable, payable, treasury, tax, budgeting, etc.
• Generating timely and accurate financial reports
• Ensuring compliance with government requirements including tax filing and business permits
• Managing cash flow, monitoring and enforcing credit and collection policies, reviewing and controlling expenses and fund disbursements
• Developing and implementing policies and guidelines that lead to better corporate financial control and health

Education
