Job summary

ADM is seeking a Licensed Chemist to join our Quality Assurance team in the Philippines. The successful candidate will conduct laboratory analyses, monitor product quality, operate lab equipment, and ensure compliance with GLP and safety standards.

Responsibilities include performing NIR, wet chemistry, and mycotoxin analyses, evaluating samples, recording results, calibrating equipment, and maintaining QC documentation.

Qualifications

• Valid PRC License and Certificate of Registration required.
• ICP membership required.
• Experience in laboratory operations is an advantage.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to multitask.
• Integrity and good moral character.
• Willingness to work in a professional laboratory and gain QA experience.

• Support internal and external audits by providing required laboratory records.
• Implement Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and laboratory safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance within the laboratory.

About you

• Must possess a valid PRC License and Certificate of Registration.
• Must be a member of the Integrated Chemists of the Philippines (ICP).
• Experience in laboratory operations is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented, flexible, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
