Job summary

Pronet Systems Integrated Network Solution Inc. in Quezon City seeks a diligent Warehouse Associate to support daily inventory, receiving, and delivery activities on-site in Metro Manila.

You will ensure items are stored properly, prepare orders for shipment, perform counts with clients or engineers, and help maintain a clean, safe workspace while protecting confidentiality of company information. This role requires on-site presence and offers opportunities to contribute to efficient logistics

• Receive items from suppliers.
• Verify and store delivered items properly.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup.
• Ensure items are in good condition on delivery.
• Counter check of items scheduled for deliveries.
• Count items in front of Client or Engineer during delivery.
• On-site checking and counting of return or pull-out material.
• Perform quarterly warehouse inventory.
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
• Maintain the absolute confidentiality of work-related issues, company records and information.

1. Responsible in receiving of Items from supplier
2. Items delivered by suppliers should be handled and stored properly
3. Preparing and completing orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label & ship)
4. Ensure items are in good condition upon delivery
5. Responsible for counter checking of items that is scheduled for deliveries
6. Checking and counting of items in front of Client or Engineer during delivery
7. On Site checking and counting of return or Pull-out Material
8. Performing quarterly warehouse inventory
9. Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
10. Additional task may be assigned from time to time
11. Maintain the absolute confidentiality of work-related issues, company records and information
