Job summary

TTEC is seeking a Chat Technical Support Representative to be stationed onsite in Bacolod. You will handle first-level technical support for email hosting and messaging, troubleshooting issues, guiding customers through solutions, and delivering stellar service via chat, email, or other digital channels.

The role focuses on assisting customers with login issues, password resets, account setup, and basic to moderate technical problems in webmail and email clients, while documenting interactions

Qualifications

• Completed at least Senior High School with background in IT-related courses.
• Background in technical support or troubleshooting experience but not required, BPO experience is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of email systems, internet troubleshooting, and computer navigation
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Do you enjoy solving technical problems while helping customers? As a Chat Technical Support Representative, youll provide first-level technical support for email hosting and messaging platforms. Youll troubleshoot technical concerns, guide customers through solutions, and deliver an exceptional customer experience through chat, email, or other digital channels.

During a Typical Day, You’ll
