Job summary

GCash, the leading FinTech company in the Philippines, is seeking a strategic leader to drive channel development and growth across industry verticals. You will coach Channel Development Managers and coordinate with Fuse and other BUs to align on programs and initiatives.

You will oversee budgeting, performance analysis, and program execution, delivering data-driven recommendations to senior leadership while driving efficiency and impactful partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to drive industry vertical growth and improve channel performance.
• Team Management: Lead and coach Channel Development Managers, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate with leadership teams to drive joint programs and ensure alignment on channel strategies.
• Business Development: Identify new channel opportunities and expand partnerships across industry verticals.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
• Program Execution: Oversee planning and execution of channel development programs, campaigns, and promotions.
• Budget Management: Manage budgets for channel activities, ensuring cost efficiency.
• Process Optimization: Develop and standardize processes to drive operational efficiency.
• Reporting: Deliver regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior management.

• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
• Program Execution: Oversee planning and execution of channel development programs, campaigns, and promotions.
• Budget Management: Manage budgets for channel activities, ensuring cost efficiency.
• Process Optimization: Develop and standardize processes to drive operational efficiency.
