Michael Page is assisting in recruiting a Chief Financial Officer for a rapidly growing digital sector company. The role will lead the end-to-end finance function, coordinating accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, and compliance while partnering with founders on strategic decisions.

The successful candidate will build scalable processes, governance, and reporting to support aggressive growth. A hands-on, detail-oriented leader with strong stakeholder skills is essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified CPA with 15+ years in senior finance roles.
• Proven track record building or scaling finance functions.
• Experience across controllership, tax, treasury and statutory compliance.
• Hands-on leadership with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end finance function across accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, and compliance.
• Build scalable finance processes, controls, and governance frameworks to support growth.
• Establish budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and performance reporting processes.
• Partner with founders and senior leadership on strategic planning and commercial decision-making.
• Oversee audits, regulatory compliance, banking relationships, and risk management activities.
• Drive finance transformation initiatives, systems improvements, and process automation.
• Develop a high-performing finance team with a culture of accountability and excellence.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful CFO Should Be/have

• CPA
• at least 15 years progressive experience

• Proven track record of building or scaling finance functions from scratch
• Highly detail-oriented with a hands-on leadership style
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities
