Job summary

Pilot Assessments is seeking a Captain / Check Pilot (Type Rating Instructor) to lead check flights and deliver type rating instruction on the Cessna 208 for wheel and amphibian float operations. You will operate as PIC on seaplane routes and land-based missions under DGCA standards.

You must hold a DGCA CPL or higher, with current Cessna 208 Type Rating Instructor / Check Pilot qualifications, a Class 1 Medical, and RTR/FRTOL where applicable.

Qualifications

• DGCA CPL or higher license required.
• PIC experience on Cessna 208 is essential.
• Current Type Rating Instructor / Check Pilot on Cessna 208 (Wheels & Amphibian Floats).
• Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• RTR and FRTOL where applicable.
• Willingness to operate from multiple locations pan-India.

Responsibilities

• Conduct check and proficiency flights for Cessna 208 pilots per DGCA standards.
• Deliver type rating instruction for wheel and amphibian float operations.
• Operate the Cessna 208 as PIC on seaplane and land-based routes.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, regulatory requirements, and safety procedures.
• Support pilot training, mentoring, and certification programs to elevate operations.
