Responsibilities

• Compute NAV of the funds managed and ensure accuracy.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to investors.
• Ensure complete, timely, and accurate month-end closing accounting and reporting for the investment manager.
• Ensure timely submission of compliance and regulatory reports to regulators.
• Ensure Funds compliance with SEC rules and regulations.
• Prepare ledgers and financial reports for management, customers/investors, shareholders, and auditors.

Responsibilities:

To ensure that computation of the Net Asset Value (NAV) of the funds managed are accurate

To ensure timely and accurate reporting to investors of the funds

To ensure complete, timely, and accurate accounting for month-end closing activities and reporting for the investment manager

To ensure timely submission of compliance and regulatory reports to the appropriate regulators

To ensure that the Funds being managed are compliant with SEC rules and regulations.

To prepare ledgers and financial reports required by different stakeholders (management, customers/investors, shareholders, auditors)

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

Having work experience in an auditing firm is an advantage

Experience with Fund Accounting is an advantage

Certified Public Accountant (CPA), preferred

Good understanding of International Accounting Standards (IAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Willing to learn new accounting software

Able and willing to work cooperatively with other team members
