Job summary

Qualifications

• CNA certification required (state certification).
• Current CPR certification.
• TB test results within 12 months or Chest X-ray, or QuantiFERON gold within 5 years.
• Driver's license and ability to provide patient care as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress or problems to report to supervisor.
• Support mobility by helping patients with lifting and transferring as needed.
• Assist with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Light housekeeping duties including changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, and meals.
• Enhance quality of life through conversation and engaging activities.
• Monitor patients' pulse, temperature, and respiration.

FULL-TIME & PART TIME SHIFTS AVAILABLE

• 8:30am - 8:30pm - Various Weekdays & Weekends

Pay Range:

• $20 - $22 / hour

You will work with ONE PATIENT for your complete shift, getting to know the patient, their needs, and their family life. As a skilled nurse, you will assist patients with daily living activities, ensure their comfort, and support their overall well-being to enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Support mobility by assisting patients with lifting and transferring as needed
• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
• Light house-keeping duties, such as changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or preparing meals
• Enhancing quality of life and building relationships with patients through conversation, doing activities together, and finding stimulation to keep them mentally healthy and alert
• Monitor patients' pulse, temperature, and respiration
