Qualifications

• At least 3 years of selling experience in general trade or sales distribution channels.
• Able to work under pressure, highly trustworthy, and open to irregular schedules.
• Preferably with Driver's License RC 12 and capable of driving a 4-wheeled vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Area Developmental Plans for Distributor Sales Personnel.
• Achieving sales objectives including Sales to Trade.
• Ensuring Market Program execution and activation.
• Monitoring distributors activities and ensuring compliance with company requirements.
• Developing strategic and tactical plans to boost distributor sales.
• Maximizing truck capacity and booking additional trucks if necessary.
• Regular meetings with Distributors Owners and Sales Managers.
