Job summary

Prime Philippines in Cebu is seeking an Assistant Manager – Leasing to help build and scale our leasing operations in Cebu. You will work with business owners, executives, investors, and decision-makers to identify the right CRE solutions for expansion and close meaningful leasing deals.

You will lead market development, establish processes, and grow a high-performance Cebu team while collaborating with other divisions to deliver comprehensive real estate solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in CRE leasing, brokerage, business development, or sales.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow the Cebu leasing business network of owners, landlords, developers, and decision-makers.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients planning to expand or relocate in Cebu and negotiate deals.
• Generate leads, present properties, conduct site visits, and close leasing transactions.
• Collaborate with brokerage, research, marketing, and support teams to maximize client opportunities.
• Mentor junior leasing professionals as the Cebu operation expands.
