Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst on ERP implementations.
• Hands-on ERP experience with SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience in SQL, data analysis and reporting.
• Strong requirements gathering, business analysis, and documentation skills.
• Experience supporting system implementations, integrations, and data mapping or reconciliation activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Experience working across multiple projects and delivery workstreams.
• Bachelor's degree in a related IT field.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and translate requirements into functional specifications.
• Support ERP implementations, integrations, data mapping, and reconciliation activities.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for system/workflow improvements.
• Build and maintain process docs, SOPs, workflow maps, and system configuration records.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate proposed solutions.
• Maintain source-of-truth documentation in SharePoint and track activities in ClickUp.
• Monitor workstreams and ensure deliverables meet timelines.
