Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years in QA/QC within concrete or construction materials industries.
• At least 3–5 years in supervision of QA/QC personnel and laboratories.
• Experience establishing QA/QC systems and concrete mix design optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC activities across batching plants and labs.
• Ensure compliance with customer specs and ASTM/ACI standards.
• Review and approve concrete mix designs and quality procedures.
• Monitor quality trends and implement improvements.
• Investigate quality issues and coordinate corrective actions.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced QA/QC Head (CE V) to lead and oversee all Quality Assurance and Quality Control operations for our ready-mixed concrete and precast concrete business. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry standards, driving continuous quality improvement, managing laboratory operations, and providing technical leadership to support operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

• Minimum of 7–10 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control within the ready-mixed concrete, precast concrete, cement, or construction materials industry.
• At least 3–5 years in a supervisory or leadership role overseeing QA/QC personnel and laboratory operations.
• Proven experience in establishing and implementing QA/QC systems, laboratory management, and concrete mix design optimization.
