Job summary

Surbana Jurong is seeking a BIM Designer to produce detailed BIM Models for Mechanical and Plumbing systems using Revit and ArchiCAD. The role includes coordination with the Singapore team, liaising with internal and client teams, and developing plant room layouts and coordinated drawings.

The candidate will translate engineers’ sketches into general arrangement drawings, with a focus on BIM Modeling and BIM coordination tasks. A solid BIM background in MEP is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of advanced and progressive experience in BIM technologies with hands-on experience in the Mechanical and Electrical discipline.
• Trained and proficient in ArchiCAD; ArchiCAD experience advantageous.
• Experienced in producing drawings from BIM Models.

Responsibilities
