Job summary

Surbana Jurong in the Philippines seeks a BIM Drafter to provide drafting and BIM support for the Singapore team. You will liaise with project members and clients, and develop plant room layouts, sections and coordinated drawings.

Requirements include a Vocational Diploma or BS in Electrical Engineering with 2 years in BIM for MEP; ArchiCAD proficiency is advantageous, and experience producing drawings from BIM models is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate or BS in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of BIM experience with hands-on MEP discipline work.
• ArchiCAD experience is advantageous.
• Experience in producing drawings from BIM models.

Responsibilities

• Provide drafting and BIM support to Singapore team on the agreed schedule.
• Liaise with project team members internal and client side.
• Prepare plant room layouts, sections, details and coordinated services drawings.
• Develop general arrangement drawings from engineers sketches and other design team drawings.
• Provide BIM modeling and BIM model coordination works.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Provides drafting and BIM support to Singapore team on the agreed schedule
• Liaison with project team members internal and client side.
• Preparing plant room layouts, sections, details and coordinated services drawings.
• Develop general arrangement drawings from engineers sketches and other design team member drawings and details and develop sketches into coordinated building details.
• Provide BIM Modeling and BIM Model Coordination works

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidates must possess at least Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate, or BS in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of advanced and progressive experience in BIM technologies with hands-on experience in the Mechanical and Electrical discipline.
• Trained and proficient in ArchiCAD experienced advantageous.
• Experienced in producing drawings from BIM Models.
