Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Executive in handling client inquiries, preparing quotations, and processing sales orders.
• Coordinate with the technical and logistics teams regarding product availability, delivery schedules, and project timelines.
• Maintain and update client records, sales reports, quotations, and other sales-related documentation.
• Follow up with clients regarding proposals, payments, deliveries, and project status updates.
• Provide after-sales support and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, product presentations, and sales performance reports.
• Support the promotion and sales of CCTV systems, electronics products, security solutions, networking equipment, and related technologies.
• Monitor product inventory, pricing, and availability through the ERP system.
• Check and update ERP records to ensure accurate product information, stock levels, purchase orders, and sales transactions.
• Assist in identifying customer requirements and recommending suitable CCTV, electronics, networking, and security products.
