Bizu Patisserie & Bistro is seeking an Internal Auditor to independently evaluate internal controls, safeguard assets, and ensure financial integrity across catering operations and multi-site activities.

The role focuses on catering project audits, fixed assets, inventory management, and cash/receivables processes, delivering objective findings and practical improvements to management.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; 3–5 years in internal/auditing is preferred.
• Experience in food/beverage, catering, hospitality or multi-site operations is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, financial reconciliation, and asset management.

Responsabilidades

• Audit catering projects pre-, during-, and post-event to verify costing and profitability.
• Review project costing, quotes, budgets and margins to ensure targets are met.
• Verify costs, manpower, overtime, equipment rentals, and supplier charges against estimates.
• Reconcile expenses with budgets and investigate variances.
• Identify revenue leakages, discounts, ghost guests, and irregularities.
• Prepare post-event audit reports with findings and corrective actions.
• Conduct periodic verification of fixed assets, asset tagging, location, condition and depreciation.
• Audit inventory across commissary, warehouses, stores, and catering operations and investigate variances.
• Review cash handling, bank reconciliations, accounts receivable, and write-offs as applicable.
• Develop a risk-based internal audit plan and monitor management action plans.
