Pacific Instyle Hospitality Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Internal Audit Officer to monitor financial transactions, review accounting reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable government regulations across our business units.

The successful candidate will work with accounting personnel and management to identify discrepancies, recommend improvements, and oversee corrective actions to strengthen financial accuracy and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Internal Auditing, Financial Management or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in internal auditing, accounting, financial reporting, or internal controls.
• CPA license is an advantage but not required.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, internal controls, and audit procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace and accounting systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; high integrity and confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Monitor financial transactions and review accounting reports across business units.
• Assist in developing and updating internal audit policies and control guidelines.
• Prepare audit findings, recommendations, and monitor corrective actions.
• Coordinate with accounting personnel to maintain Chart of Accounts and records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
